This is after many calls and texts and they keep promising to send them. The unit does work most of the time but apparently there is a valve inside that sticks when you really need it the most. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, appearing to be put together from several different units. The remote control is also from some other mini split with a Hotspot sticker on it and not all functions on the remote work. I cannot recommend this air conditioner, especially now that there are improved models from other companies on the market.
